Q1 When can I expect delivery of my goods?

Q2 How much will it cost to deliver my goods?

Free delivery of orders over £1000 if delivery is within 145miles of WV2 2RL.  There may however, also be an additional cost if you live in Northern Ireland, the highlands of Scotland or on one of the UK islands.

Q3 How will it arrive?

By signed for courier service on a pallet or by our own vehicles. It may be delivered in more than on delivery on different days.

Q4 What should I do if my goods arrive damaged?

Should your goods arrived damaged, please contact us on 0345 365 8 007 within 48 hours. We will do all we can to replace any damaged goods free of charge. Please do not sign for obviously damaged goods or make a note against a signature that goods are either 'damaged' or 'not checked'. We cannot assist if you sign for your goods and later find them to be damaged.

Q5 Can I get any discount for large orders?

Our prices are very competitive, but if you are thinking about ordering 3 or more buildings, we may be able to offer a slight discount. Telephone us on 0345 365 8007 to discuss this.

Q6 Can I cancel an order once made?

We make your building custom-made to order especially for you. Once we've started making it, there will be a charge for cancellation, usually one-third of the price you paid. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies. See our Terms and Conditions.

Q7 How can I pay for my purchases?

Small items can be purchased online using debit/credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
Larger manufactured items are payable by online transfer or cheque.
If paying by online transfer or cheque please request a proforma.
Please note if you pay by cheque your order will not be processed until your cheque has cleared.

Q8 What should I do if my credit or debit card was refused when placing an order?

Please telephone us on 0345 365 8 007 and we will do all we can to assist you.

Q9 Do I get a receipt with my goods?

Yes, a receipt is always sent out when funds have cleared.

Q10 Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, we can deliver to a different address but may require proof of account ownership before processing your order.
